We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll either replace or refund your product — no questions asked.

📦 What Can Be Returned?

Due to the nature of sexual wellness and intimate care products, and in line with health and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed items in their original packaging
  • Products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery
  • Any item you are unsatisfied with under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (even if opened) — we will still replace or refund you, no questions asked

🚚 How to Make a Return

  1. Email our team at customerservice@sensuous.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely (you can reuse the original packaging if you like).
  4. Post the product back to us — return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Replacements & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full replacement or refund to your original payment method.
  • Replacements are shipped free of charge. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • If the product was faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll also refund your return shipping cost.
